1. Return Eligibility
- You may return any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@foreign-objects.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon arrival. For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with the return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@foreign-objects.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a return and replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
8. Refund Timeframe
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after we have processed the return. If you do not see the refund within this time, please contact your bank or credit card company for further information.
