2. Shipping Rates

Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping rates and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these charges.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. During peak periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be longer, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping methods.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our warehouse, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@foreign-objects.co.uk. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photographs of the damage.

For larger orders or items that are shipped from different warehouses, your items may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
